Welcome to the UCM Enterprise platform for managing institutions of higher learning. This is a cloud-based educational solution ideal for efficient management of life-cycle of students. It is easy to use, and no special ICT skills are required after users are introduced to the system.
As we consider users' satisfaction to be a top-most priority, 24/7 support services have been instituted. Users and system administrators can always have unrestricted support from the Directorate of ICT.
Features
Admissions
UCM Enterprise supports admissions applications for enrolment. Based on set criteria, student admissions can also be processed with varying notification modes available for reaching successful applicants.
Enrolment
It is seamless enroling students after admission. Student records can be efficiently maintained with cross-link capability to admission, examination and financial analytics.
Attendance
Schedule of courses under the academic calendar is leveraged to monitor participation of students in class. Conditions governing course attendance can be incorporated to automatically feed examination rules of the institution.
Examination
Examination and student results history is efficiently maintained. Where applicable, different student streams with varrying examination requirements are possible. Students have real-time access to examination records, and indicators for performance-based self-evaluation of students are also available.
Finance
While management can accurately maintain student ledgers during the entire study cycle and beyond, students can also comfortably monitor their billing and payment history. Apart from transparency and auditing purposes, conflicting situations in relation to student finances will always be swiftly resolved when reported.
Accomodation
Student accomodation can be managed on eduPlus. It is also possible providing accomodation services to outside clients using this System.
Field Work
Management of field work and other industrial attachment is possible on the System. Assesment of students can be remote using the location-based services of eduPlus.
Analytics
Both generic and custom reports are available for use. Where applicable, institutions can request specific custom reports for implementation.
